serve the best coffee, we focus on quality at every stage of the coffee
making process from bean to cup. We double-check at all the six critical
steps to ensure that you get your Javagreen coffee just the way you like
it.
The Grade – As a rule we procure coffee beans
from only the best coffee estates in India. These are then sorted and
special care is taken to grade them. The characteristics checked while
grading are the appearance of the bean i.e. its size, uniformity, colour,
etc and the number of defective beans per sample.
The Roast – Roasting coffee is a fine art as depending on the
style and temperature of roasting, the same bean can take on different
characteristics. The master roaster therefore has the most critical and
important job of evaluating the beans and deciding on the roasting
parameters for it.
The
Blend – A precise blending of coffees of different grades, varieties
and origins is done to achieve the exact aroma and flavour of coffee
required. After several attempts we have perfected this and now every
cup of Javagreen coffee is made from our own unique blend.
The Grind - Every cup of Javagreen coffee is made from beans that
are fresh and are ground perfectly in order to attain the precise
flavour, body and aroma.
The Machine - Javagreen uses custom designed imported Italian fully
automatic machines, tuned exclusively for our requirements. These have
been engineered and calibrated to achieve perfection in coffee brewing
and regularly checked by our quality control department to ensure you
get the perfect cup of coffee every time you visit Javagreen.
The Barista – Finally it is the Barista
who makes sure, you get the perfect cup of coffee, which is why all
our Baristas have to undergo a specialised training course at Javagreen.
Extensive training is given on the checking and controlling the correct
dose, grind size, pressure applied to the coffee grounds, extraction
time, cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment to ensure that they
deserve the title of Barista - the Italian name for coffee expert.
